New Indian Support Office Enhances Technical Assistance for Commsoft Clients in Asia, Africa and Eastern Europe

London, 18th January 2011

Communications Software (Airline Systems) Limited (“Commsoft”) www.commsoft.aero, provider of market leading software systems for aircraft maintenance has announced that it will be contracting Tamil Nadu based company KLR Technologies Private Ltd (“KLR Technologies”), to further enhance the comprehensive support offered to international users of its Open Aviation Strategic Engineering System (“OASES”).

KLR Technologies, headed by former OASES software engineer Saravan Murthy, is based in Coimbatore, India. The agreement between KLR Technologies and Commsoft will extend the hours of available support for Commsoft clients in Eastern Europe, Asia and Africa, offering a much earlier start to the working day for a significant number of OASES users.

The service will be integrated with Commsoft’s existing support processes with overall management being provided by Rob Parker, Support Manager of Commsoft.
