MJETS Launches New Troubleshooting Hotline for Asia







MJETS Limited continues its support for corporate aviation in the Asia-Pacific region with the launch of their Aircraft on Ground (AOG) Hotline. The new 24 hour hotline is designed specifically for aircraft that are in need of repair, once a call has been put through, MJETS will relocate their maintenance team to troubleshoot/fix the aircraft no matter what region of Asia they are grounded in.

“MJETS strives to meet the needs of Asia based and transient corporate aircraft and to foster the rapid growth of business aviation that has embraced Asia. Our hotline is the answer to owners, operators, and OEMs demands for dependable and affordable AOG support, said Harry Marbun, Director of Maintenance for MJETS. “Our team of highly experienced engineers will execute AOG support 24/7/365 and will dispatch within 2 hours of receiving the call for help.”

MJETS Limited recently hired the number one engineer for AOG support in Asia, as part of the expansion and development plans for the company. Richard Wolfskeil was instrumental in growing the AOG support for Metrojet based in Hong Kong and has managed a majority of the AOGs in Asia since 2007. Richard will now head up the AOG support team for Mjets out of Bangkok’s Don Mueang International Airport.
