Embraer grows its customer support capabilities in Australia









EASC ExecuJet Australia Pty. Ltd. further certified at its Melbourne and Sydney facilities.

São José dos Campos, March 2011 – Embraer yesterday announce the growing capability of Embraer authorized service provider – ExecuJet Australia Pty. Ltd. (www.ExecuJet.net) – to provide enhanced maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) services for Embraer’s Phenom 100 at its Melbourne and Sydney facilities.

ExecuJet’s certification by the Australian Civil Aviation Safety Authority (CASA) to offer MRO, warranty and heavy maintenance services for Embraer’s Phenom 100 complements its existing services provided to Embraer Legacy 600 and Legacy 650 operators in the country.

Strengthening the Embraer Authorized Service Center (EASC) network’s capabilities in Asia Pacific enhances the Company’s global support for its executive jets. To date, there are over 40 Embraer Owned and Authorized Service Centers worldwide. This network is complemented by a 24-hour Customer Contact Center at the Company’s headquarters in São José dos Campos, Brazil, to provide assistance to Embraer Executive Jet customers anywhere in the world, anytime of the day.
