Flightpath 2050 Launched in Europe

The European Union has launched Flightpath 2050, its new research agenda for the aeronautics industry. But achieving the ambitious targets in the effort will cost about €250 billion (US$351.7 billion) to implement, says Airbus CEO Tom Enders.
