February 3, 2009
Singapore Airlines said on Tuesday it will cut fuel surcharges on its short and medium-haul flights from Wednesday.
The reduction will range from 5 percent to 21 percent, with the biggest cuts applying to economy class flights on shorter routes, Singapore Air said in a statement.
The fuel surcharge cut is the third such reduction since fuel prices began easing, the airline said.
