Terrafugia reveals flying car first flight

Massachusetts-based Terrafugia has revealed that its first aircraft, the Transition, took to the skies at the Plattsburgh Airport in upper New York State for the first time on 5 March.
The $200,000 "roadable" aircraft, or flying car, is designed to fly at 100kt (185km/h)with a 400nm (741km) range, while offering highway speeds for land travel.
