The European Aviation Safety Agency has outlined a series of measures that Eclipse Aerospace must meet before it will reinstate the type certificate for the Eclipse 500 aircraft. EASA revoked the type certificate in June . The agency more recently transferred the name of the TC to new owner Eclipse Aerospace, but did not reinstate it (BA, Oct. 5/152)....
