FAA Proposes $380k Fine Against Frontier

The FAA said April 9 that it has proposed assessing a $380,000 civil penalty against Frontier Airlines for operating hundreds of flights with several aircraft that were not equipped with the proper overwing emergency exit placards.

Also on Friday, the FAA proposed a $260,000 civil penalty against ERA Helicopters for failing to perform flight tests and other required checks before returning a passenger aircraft to service ...
