Russia Launches Military Comms Satellite

MOSCOW — Russian Space Forces on April 27 successfully launched a military communications satellite from Plesetsk Cosmodrome aboard a Kosmos-3M light booster. Designated Kosmos 2463, the satellite is believed to be of the Parus type, intended for navigation and communication.
