Deal to Sell Alitalia Maintenance Denied

With a surprise decision, Augusto Fantozzi, the state commissar running what remains of the “old” Alitalia, has rejected the binding offer to sell 60% of AMS (Alitalia Maintenance Systems), the company specializing in engine and APU maintenance.
