NASA Awards Contract Modification Award To CSC

WASHINGTON -- NASA has awarded CSC of Falls Church, Va., a contract
modification to establish and operate an Enterprise Service Desk
(ESD) and the Enterprise Service Request System (ESRS). The
modification increases the current NASA Shared Services Center
support contract by more than $31 million and provides support
through Aug. 31, 2015.

The ESD and ESRS provide helpdesk services, and an Information
Technology services ordering capability in support of the agency's IT
Infrastructure Integration Program (I3P) strategy.

The contract will be managed by the NASA Shared Services Center
located near Bay St. Louis, Miss. For more information about the
