NMB To Change Union Election Rules

WASHINGTON

The National Mediation Board (NMB) intends to amend the Railway Labor Act to change the way unions are elected at airlines and rail lines in a final rule to be published May 11 that rejects all proposed changes by airlines and sets the stage for a judicial showdown.
