EMBRAER PARTICIPATES IN EUR-AVIA CANNES 2010, IN FRANCE

Company showcases Phenom 100 entry level executive jet at the static display

São José dos Campos, May 31, 2010 – Embraer will participate in Eur-Avia Cannes 2010
(www.eur-avia.com), in France, June 4-6. Eur-Avia, now in its fourth edition, is an annual
international exhibition dedicated to general aviation in Europe. The event will be staged at
Cannes-Mandelieu Airport (CEQ), in the prestigious business center and tourism destination.

The entry level Phenom 100 executive jet is a member of the Phenom family that was
launched in 2005, and has established new standards in its category. The pleasant interior,
designed in partnership with BMW Group DesignworksUSA, features the Embraer exclusive
Oval LiteTM cross-section that benefits passengers with greater space and comfort, enhanced
by an abundance of natural light from the largest windows in the entry level category. In
addition, the forward wardrobe and private rear lavatory with storage space add convenience
for a premium travel experience.

With a range of 1,178 nautical miles (2,182 kilometers) and NBAA IFR fuel reserves, the
Phenom 100 can fly nonstop from London to Rome, from Paris to Lisbon, from Cannes to
Dublin, or from Barcelona to Copenhagen, and many of this aircraft are already operating in
Europe. The jet was certified in December 2008, and has proven to be the fastest and to have
the largest baggage capacity in its category. There are currently more than 110 in operation
around the globe.

Embraer’s Executive Jets portfolio also includes the light Phenom 300, the super midsize
Legacy 600, and the ultra-large Lineage 1000. Newcomers include the midlight Legacy 450
and midsize Legacy 500, now under development; and the large Legacy 650, expected to be
certified this year.
