DOT Hits Comair With $275,000 Fine

WASHINGTON

The U.S. Transportation Department has fined Delta regional subsidiary Comair $275,000 for what it says were multiple violations of DOT rules on bumping passengers from flights—and its failure to accurately report to the DOT how many passengers were bumped each quarter.
