FAA Proposes AD To Address 747 Wiring

The FAA is proposing an airworthiness directive (AD) that would require modification of wiring on Boeing 747-400 aircraft.

The AD applies to -400s equipped with General Electric CF6-80C2 or Pratt & Whitney PW4000 series engines, and is similar to an earlier directive issued for 747s equipped with Rolls-Royce RB211s ...
