First UCAS Flight Slips To December

NAS PATUXENT RIVER, Md. — The U.S. Navy is slipping first flight of the Unmanned Combat Air System (UCAS) demonstrator at least six months to December, says Capt. Jeff Penfield, Navy UCAS program manager.
