Premier Aviation Hopes To Buy Empire Aero

Premier Aviation Overhaul Center, based in Trois-Rivieres, Quebec, is negotiating with Israel Aerospace Industries to acquire Empire Aero Center, IAI’s MRO in Rome, N.Y. A Premier representative said the talks are "positive" and that the companies hope to have news in the next couple of days.
