FAA Seeks Comments On JT8D Proposed AD

On July 13, the Federal Aviation Association proposed an airworthiness directive (AD) regarding the life limit of certain high-pressure compressor (HPC) shafts in all Pratt & Whitney JT9D-7R4H1 turbofan engines.
