Boeing Completes Acquisition of Solutions Made Simple Inc.

ARLINGTON, Va., Aug. 2011 -- Boeing [NYSE: BA] yesterday announced it has completed the acquisition of Solutions Made Simple Inc. (SMSi), an information services provider for the U.S. government and the Intelligence Community.

Boeing announced its agreement to acquire SMSi on July 21.

SMSi now operates within the Information Solutions division of Boeing's Network & Space Systems business.
