Operators of Embraer's executive jets meet in Brazil



Company holds third edition of event dedicated to Latin American customers .

São José dos Campos, August 9, 2011 – Embraer will hold the third edition of its Executive Jets Operators Conference, August 9 and 10. EEOC 2011 – Brasil is dedicated to Latin American customers and will take place in the city of Campinas, 100 kilometers from the city of São Paulo.

“Holding this event confirms Embraer’s commitment to support the growing fleet of executive jets in the region. This is a unique opportunity to share experiences and information with our operators, suppliers, and service providers, as well as to reinforce our customer relations,” states André de Castilho Silva, Customer Support Director for Latin America – Executive Executive Jets.

The first day of EEOC – Brasil will be given to subjects related to the Phenom 100 and Phenom 300, and the second day will deal with the Legacy 600 and Legacy 650. The scope takes in recent technical updates, maintenance, logistics, and flight operations of these jets. During the technical workshops and panel discussions, participants will have an opportunity to discuss practical issues regarding the operation of the aircraft.

Currently, more than 90 Embraer executive jets are operating in Latin America, and 86 are in Brazil. Embraer has a global network of over 50 Company-owned and authorized service centers for its executive jets. The network is complemented by a Customer Service Center located a the Company’s headquarters in São José dos Campos, Brazil, which offers 24/7 assistance to Embraer executive jet customers anywhere in the world.
