Dubai welcomes Embraer executive operators conference in The Middle East



Legacy and Lineage operators attended the annual conference .

Dubai, United Arab Emirates, November 2011 – Embraer holded its Embraer Executive Operators Conference (EEOC) 2011 for the Middle East customers, October 25-26, in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This event covered the latest technical, maintenance and flight operations updates for Legacy 600, Legacy 650 and Lineage 1000 customers.

“Once again, this annual face-to-face meeting with our executive jet customers confirms how important it is for Embraer to exchange and share experience and ideas, and to maintain contact with its large network of operators in the region,” said Antonio Martini Neto, Vice President, Customer Support & Services for Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) – Embraer Executive Jets. “It is also a good opportunity to find out the latest information about these aircraft and an excellent moment to network with owners, operators, service centers and suppliers representatives within the industry.”

Embraer has delivered more than 150 executive jets to customers in the EMEA region. The large Legacy 650 was the latest member of the Embraer executive jets portfolio to make its debut, in 2009. Today, 90 super midsize Legacy 600s, nine Legacy 650s and nine ultra-large Lineage 1000s are flying within EMEA, together with 45 Phenom jets.

Embraer has a global network for its executive jets, with over 55 owned and authorized service centers. The network is complemented by a 24/7 Customer Service Center at the Company’s headquarters, in São José dos Campos, Brazil, which offers assistance to Embraer executive jet customers anywhere in the world.

In order to further communicate with its executive customers, Embraer offers its operators conferences (EEOC) worldwide: in Asia Pacific, Europe, Latin America, the Middle East and North America. This year, the Company will host seven EEOCs around the world. The last one in the Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) region took place in Paris, France, May 3-5, and was dedicated to Phenom and Legacy operators.
