Bombardier Kicks Off Another Year by Enhancing Support for Customers at the Super Bowl .

  • Bombardier Customer Services to deploy additional Field Service Representatives to the Super Bowl.
  • Comprehensive plan also put in motion for increased customer support for the London 2012 Olympic Games.

Bombardier Aerospace announced today that it will offer additional on-site technical support for Bombardier’s Learjet, Challenger and Global aircraft operators attending the 46th NFL Super Bowl celebrations, to be held in Indianapolis, Indiana on February 5, 2012.

Bombardier field service representatives will be on location at Fixed Based Operation (FBOs) to greet customers as they arrive and facilitate access to the company’s technical support services, if needed. The extended Bombardier Customer Services team in North America, including parts logistics representatives and mobile repair engineers, are also prepared to accommodate the higher flow of regional traffic during the event.

“Providing comprehensive on-site support at major international events is a regular part of our commitment to put our customers first and deliver world-class service and support,” said Andy Nureddin, Vice President, Customer Services and Support, Bombardier Business Aircraft. “The Bombardier team will be on the ground to ensure each one of our customers attending the event comes away feeling like a winner.”

Bombardier has a track record of providing dedicated service and support at major events around the world. In addition to the annual NFL Super Bowl celebrations, the company boosted its local support at the 2010 FIFA World Cup in South Africa, the Olympic Games in Beijing and Vancouver and the inauguration of U.S. President Barack Obama in 2009.

Next Stop: The London Olympic Games
As part of its commitment to bring its team closer to customers, Bombardier Customer Services will be bolstering its local presence for business aircraft customers traveling through London during the upcoming 2012 Olympic Games, to be held from July 27 to August 12, 2012. Bombardier Customer Services will deploy its additional support between July 23 and August 17, 2012 to ensure efficient operation for all business aircraft operators traveling to the area.

To date, Bombardier’s plan includes five Field Service Representatives on-site in the London area and a Mobile Response Team in close proximity to London airports. Qualified technicians will also be on standby at the company’s nearby wholly owned Schiphol Service Centre in Amsterdam as well as at two of its Authorized Services Facilities in the London area - Tag Aviation Farnborough & Ocean Sky Jet Center Luton.
