Phenom 100, Legacy 600, and EMBRAER 190 will be at the aeronautics trade fair in São José dos Campos

São José dos Campos, July 1, 2009 – Embraer will participate in the 12th Expo Aero Brasil –
International Aeronautics and Defense Trade Fair (www.expoaerobrasil.com.br), July 2-5, at
São José dos Campos International Airport, inside the Aerospace Technology General
Command (Comando-Geral de Tecnologia Aeroespacial – CTA), in the city of São José dos
Campos, Brazil.

The Company will have stand number 1, located in the purple sector, and will show the entry
level Phenom 100 and super midsize Legacy 600 executive jets in the static display area. An
EMBRAER 190 commercial jet, which can be configued for 98 to 114 passengers, will also
be there, in the livery of Azul Linhas Aéreas Brasileiras.

Expo Aero Brasil has been held since 1997, and is taking place in São José dos Campos for the
second consecutive year. According to the organizers, 172 exhibitors participated in the last
edition of EAB, representing more than 400 companies from 18 countries.
