Air France has tapped its SkyTeam alliance partner Delta to audit the carriers’ safety practices.

The French carrier has come under fire from some of its pilots, who say the airline has let safety standards slip in recent years. The accusations were made in the wake of the crash of an Air France Airbus A330-200 (AF447) June 1 on a flight from Rio de Janeiro to Paris. The cause of the accident remains under investigation....
