Pentagon Rolls Out Nuclear Posture Review

Washington - The U.S. Defense Department unveiled its Nuclear Posture Review (NPR) this morning at the Pentagon, with a request for $5 billion to be transferred from the Pentagon’s budget to the Energy Department over the next several years, as well as a $2.7 billion increase in DOE’s budget for Fiscal 2011.
