Goodrich Boosts Interiors With DeCrane Buy

Goodrich announced plans Aug. 3 to buy DeCrane’s cabin management assets for around $280 million. If the deal closes later this month as expected, Goodrich would fold DeCrane’s six U.S. facilities into its interiors business alongside nacelles and interior systems.
