Qantas Grounds A380s

A Qantas Airbus A380 (VH-OQA) flight was forced to turn back to Singapore on Nov. 4 because of the apparent uncontained failure of a Rolls-Royce Trent 900 engine soon after takeoff. The carrier has grounded its A380 fleet until more is known about the incident.
